I recently received a 30% off coupon through the mail and made note of the expiration date of 6-18-10. However, when I shopped today,(6-17-10) for an hour or more and proceeded to pay for four birthday gifts, I was informed that the coupon expired on the 16th. Even the cashier said it looked like an 18 but of course she knew the sale ended yesterday. I am a fan of Kohl's but I was extremely disappointed to spend so much time shopping and not be able to use my 30% off coupon. If you want customers to continue shopping at your store, increase the font on the coupon and make the sales date legible and next time you won't lose a sale.

You know I had a problem at Kohl's recently and they have a policy to make it right by the customer. I bet you if you talked to the store manager they would honor your coupon.
